Ingredients

    1.5 lbs lean ground turkey
    1 sm onion chopped
    1 sm green pepper chopped
    1-15 1/2 oz can black beans
    1-15 1/2 oz can Cannelini or kidney beans
    2-14/12 oz cans diced tomatoes
    1-5.5 oz can spicy V8 juice or plain tomato juice
    1 tsp cumin
    1-2 TB chili powder (to taste)
    garlic powder
    onion powder
    dash celery powder
    dash cayenne pepper (optional)
    1 TBL cocoa powder (optional)


Directions

Brown turkey with onions and pepper. Add all other ingredients, cook at medium/low heat for appxm. 1 hour till heated through. Great served with Sour Cream and cheese/ pico de galla or crackers.
Alternatively, you can layer all in your crockpot (meat uncooked)--put spices all on top of raw meat, and then continue down the ingredient list in order. cover and cook on low heat 7-8 hours stirring once or twice.
