    25 oz chickpeas canned
    1 yellow pepper diced
    1 onion diced
    1 tomato diced
    2 TBS Dijon mustard
    1 cup vegenaise
    garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste

Directions

drain and rinse chick peas
mash chickpeas
add all other ingredients and mix well
