Ingredients

    6.5 oz Rotini (whole wheat)
    10 Black Olives (medium), quartered
    1.5 oz Baby Carrots, chopped
    1 cup Corn (thawed)
    1 cup Sweet Peas (thawed)
    2/3 cup Broccoli (thawed), chopped
    1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper, chopped
    1 cup Cucumber (peeled, seeded), chopped
    4 oz Colby & Monterey Jack, chopped
    1 cup Honey Mustard Dressing (lite)


Directions

While Rotini is boiling, chop all veggies & cheese and place in big bowl. Add dressing and stir to mix well. Drain Rotini and let cool in strainer. Once cooled mix Rotini into veggies and put in refrigerator for an hour or more (it's better the longer you let it sit).
This makes 7 - 1 cup servings.
