An easy quick nutty treat! An easy quick nutty treat!
Number of Servings: 24


    2 large eggs
    1 cup (packed) Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    1 cup chopped pecans
    1 tsp Vanilla extract
    3 TBSP (rounded) Flour


Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together. Divide into 24 cup mini muffin tin that has been well greased with non stick spray. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

Makes 24 mini cakes!
