Introduction

Ingredients

    2 slices of any brand honey wheat or honey wheatberry bread

    2 slices of fat free turkey breast

    2 Tbsp red pepper hummus

    1 slice jalapeno cheddar cheese, can be found in most deli's

Directions

Preheat the pannini maker or George Foreman Grill.

On 2 pieces of honey wheat bread spead 2 tbsp of hummus, (1 tbsp on each slice), and add slices of turkey breast and 1 slice of jalapeno cheddar.

Place the sandwich into pannini maker or George Foreman grill and remove after 5-6 minutes.

    Could you check the calorie count. The hummus says 500 calories and I know that isn't right. I will be making these and want to put in my tracker. I think probably about 250 cal. - 5/4/10
