For those who don't like to eat the peppers. I play with spices so its not always the same. For those who don't like to eat the peppers. I play with spices so its not always the same.
Number of Servings: 4


    3 Small Bell Peppers chopped
    1 lbs ground chicken or turkey
    2 tomatoes
    2 stalks of celery
    1 Can Campbell's tomato soup
    1 Cup cooked brown rice
    .5 cup grated cheddar, light
    2-5 cloves garlic
    .5 onion red or white
    1-5 tsp basil
    1-2 tsp oregano
    1 tbsp sugar


1) Cook Rice
2) Brown meat with spices, garlic and onion
3) Add celery until tender - with some water if you want.
4) Add peppers for 5 mins
5) Mix soup with 1/4 cup of water and sugar to make sauce consistency
6) Add half of the soup, chopped tomatoes, rice and cheese
7) Put mixture into a greased loaf pan
8) Put into oven for 15mins at 350F
9) Mix in remainder of soup or until desired liquid is established. Back for 15mins
10) Put cheese on top back until melted.
