Introduction

This is a great way to prepare ground beef... I had leftover take-out sweet-n-sour sauce so I created this meal. It is delicious served over LILDINI's "Foolproof Oven Baked Brown Rice". Ingredients

    12 oz extra lean ground beef
    2.5 cups chopped broccoli
    1/3 cup sweet-n-sour sauce
    6 Tbsp Litehouse Tangy Orange Citrus Dressing

Directions

Brown the ground beef with whatever seasonings you like (black pepper, onion & garlic are my favorites). While the beef is cooking, clean & chop broccoli into small pieces. Drain & rinse the beef (rinsing will get rid of a lot of the fat...) and mix with the broccoli in a casserole dish. Combine the sauce and the dressing, mix well and add to beef mixture. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour (I baked this at the same time as the brown rice). Makes 4 servings, 1/2 - 2/3 cup each.
