Ingredients

    1C Flour
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2C sugar
    2TBS baking cocoa
    1/2C skim Milk
2Tbs liquid butter buds (if you do not have you can use melted butter or margarine BUT it will add fat and calories)
    1C grape-nuts cereal
    1C packed brown sugar
    1/4C baking cocoa
    1 3/4 hot water

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9X9 pan with non stick cooking spray. Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Add sugar and 2 Tbs of cocoa. Stir in milk and butter buds. Add grape-nuts and mix well. Pour into your sprayed 9X9 pan. In another bowl mix brown sugar, 1/4C cocoa sprinkle this mixture over batter. Pour hot water over the top. Bake 45 minutes. While hot cut into squares, invert onto a dessert plate and spoon sauce over each serving. If you like you may top with whipped topping. I prefer dream whip (less calories and fat). Makes 16 servings.
