Number of Servings: 4


    2 lbs of Pork Tenderloin
    2 Yukon Gold potatoes, diced
    1 Can "Ranch Style" beans with jalapenos
    1/2 cup diced onions
    1 Green Chili Pepper diced
    Garlic Powder, to taste
    Salt, to taste
    Pepper, to taste
    3 cups V8 vegetable juice cocktail


Put all ingredients into a crock pot and set to low. Let cook for 6 hours or until pork reaches at least 160 degrees.
