This is ZONE friendly.. a little high in Fat... and just add a Piece of Fruit or Two (or a salad) to make a complete meal... Great to bring to a brunch. There's no crust... and you won't miss it... Ingredients

2 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen
0.33 cup, ground Almonds
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 cup Lucerne No Salt Added 1% Cottage Cheese
2 cup Cheese-Trader Joes Lite 3 cheese blend
10 serving Eggs, Egg Beaters Original 3 tbsp (46g)
2 serving 1 large egg (per the egg board) 50g
Directions
At least 1 1/4 hours or up to 2 hours before serving: Preheat oven to 350°.
Using non-stick Butter Flavor spray, coat a 9x13 glass baking dish WELL
In a large bowl, toss Cheese Blend, Almonds and baking powder until cheese is evenly coated; set aside.
In a small bowl, break up curds of cottage cheese with a fork;, add Broccoli and stir well. Set aside.
In another large bowl, beat eggs with a whisk until blended or quickly stir the eggbeaters.
With fork, stir eggs into the shredded cheese mixture, Add cottage cheese, & broccoli Add spices to taste.. Spread in baking dish.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool at least 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
Makes 8 Large Squares.
