    I can Black Beans, drained & rinsed
    1 small Onion, diced
    1 Anaheim Pepper, cleaned and finely chopped
    5 Roma Tomatoes
    2 small Hass Avocados, diced
    Cilantro, 1 bunch finely chopped
    Juice of 2 Limes
    Salt and Pepper to taste


Mix items, still, chill and enjoy!
