    1 CAN OF CHICK PEAS
    2 LARGE CELERY STALKS, CHOPPED FINELY
    1/2 RED ONION, CHOPPED FINELY
    OLIVE OIL AND RED WINE VINEGAR TO TASTE
    SALT AND PEPPER (OPTIONAL)

Directions

DRAIN CHICK PEAS. POUR CHICK PEAS INTO A BOWL. CUT CELERY AND ONION. ADD TO BOWL. POUR OLIVE OIL AND RED WINE VINEGAR INTO BOWL AND STIR. ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. REFRIGERATE FOR 1 HOUR OR OVERNIGHT TO IMPROVE TASTE. MAKES 6 SERVINGS.
