My mom makes this because we love fried rice but it's really fattening.

Ingredients

    1 cup white rice
    1 egg (scrambled)
    soy sauce to taste

    You can add vegetables too. I add peas.

Directions

1) Cook rice at least 3 hours before meal according to package
2) Scramble 1 egg per person in a wok.
3) Remove eggs from wok. Set aside.
4) Add rice to wok. Add vegetables if you want.
5) Putt eggs back in wok.
6) Add soy sauce to taste.
7) Mix and serve!
