Made this for dinner tonight and the hubs ate 2 servings! We will definately make this again. Just the right amout of spice and cruch - I put it under the broiler for about 5 minutes after baking - and the chicken is soooo tender. We love it!! - 1/26/09

This recipe is soooo yummy! I didn't use the rotel. I used the low-sodium italian diced tomatoes instead. The chicken just melts in your mouth. It also reheats well for leftovers. Yummy! - 1/24/09

    Very Good
Great. I cooked this for dinner and she loved it. I think its a little too spicy for my son so I will have to tone down the spices next time, but she and I loved it. Yes I'm a male and I cook. - 10/30/12
