Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 can of tuna packed in water, drained
    2 stalks of celery, chopped
    2 cloves of garlic, minced
    1 tbsp sesame oil
    1 tbsp seasoned rice wine vinegar
    Juice from 1 lime
    1 tbsp sesame seeds
    1 sweet bell pepper (red, orange or yellow)
    dash of cumin
    dash of white pepper
    dash of minced dried onion

Directions

Wash bell pepper and cut in half to make a "boat". Set aside. Drain 1 can of tuna packed in water, and divide in half (keep other half for a second portion). Mix tuna with chopped celery, garlic, chopped Japanese cucumbers, and lime juice. Add seseme oil, rice wine vinegar and spices. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve in bell pepper boats.
