    O.K.
    I doubled the recipe, but otherwise I followed it exactly. I really wish it had worked, but the rice didn't end up tasting like cilantro or lime, just like plain rice. Maybe it would work better if the cilantro and lime were added after cooking the rice instead of before. - 6/23/11

    DELISH!!! I made this and a Cilantro-Lime Bean Soup from Spark and put the soup over the rice. There's no meat, but even us carnivores don't miss it. - 9/17/09
