    Ground Pork, 20 oz (remove)
    Ground beef, lean, 14 oz (remove)
    Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 3 medium (remove)
    *White Rice, medium grain, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 6 cup (remove)


cut veggies into chunks and set aside
take uncooked rice, pork and beef and mix together. Form 12 large meatballs.
saute meatballs in a pan until browned, meanwhile bring chicken stock up to a boil and add veggies. When the meatballs are browned, add to the stock and let simmer for about 2 hours. makes 12 (1) c servings including 1 meatball.
