Introduction
This is an easy smoothie with a high protein content. No expensive powdered mix needed.Cook tempeh in microwave. In a blender add 1/2 c. tempeh that is cool. Add 1 banana, 2 T. cocoa, sweetener of choice ---about 1 t., 1 c. milk, ice. This will be to pudding consistency, add milk, water and ice to desired consistency.
