Introduction
This is my mom's version of sloppy joes. She made it all the time when we were kids, and we loved them. Lots less expensive than canned sloppy joes, and better tasting, too! Ingredients

1 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
0.25 cup flour
3 tablespoons chili powder
1 pkg. hamburger buns
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
Directions
In a heavy skillet, brown hamberger with onions till onions are translucent. Sprinkle chili powder over hamburger, then sprinkle flour over all and stir in. Add canned tomato soup and stir in with a little water till everything blends well. Simmer to mesh the flavors, then before serving stir in 1 t. sugar. Serve on hamburger buns.
