Ingredients



    Chicken Breast, no skin, 24 ounces (remove)
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) (remove)
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" (remove)
    Cauliflower, raw, 2 cup (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slices (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Soy Sauce, 3 individual packet (remove)
    Better Than Bouillon, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Water, tap, 5.5cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *Flour, white, .5 cup (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 2 tsp (remove)
    Olive Oil 1 tbsp


Directions

Sautee & stir chicken breast (cut in bite size pieces) in olive oil with spices & soy sauce for five minutes. Add broccoli, cauliflower, carrots first, sautee a few more minutes. Then add red & yellow peppers continue cooking and stirring till veggies are tender crisp. Heat 5 cups water in microwave add bouillion, mix and add to stir fry. Add flour to remaining 1/2 cup of COLD water mix well with small wisk till smooth add to stir fry. Bring to a boil to thicken then simmer for at least five more minutes. Serve with rice.

    This recipe sounds delicious, Penny! I am writing the ingredients down and picking them up today so that I can try it this week...I'll be halving it, but it should be great. I'll keep you posted! - 11/15/09
