Ingredients

    1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
    19 oz can diced tomatoes
    1 jar (215 ml) taco sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can (2 oz) chopped green chile peppers
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 cups water
    2 cups chicken broth1 tsp cumin
    1 tsp chili powder
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1 bay leaf
    2 cups frozen corn

Directions

Place chicken, tomatoes, taco sauce, onion, chiles, and garlic into a slow cooker. Pour in water and chicken broth, and season with cumin, chili powder, pepper, and bay leaf. Stir in corn. Cover, and cook on low setting for 6-8 hours or high setting for 3-4 hrs.

Makes 8 servings.
