Ingredients

- 300 g ground turkey
- 3 slices bacon
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp cornmeal
- 1 jalapeno pepper (0.5 finely chopped)
- 0.5 cup onions (finely chopped)
- 4 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
Directions
1. combine all ingredients
2. Season with desired spices
3. Using a measuring cup, measure out half cup meat balls and place into cupcake pan.
4. When full place pan into 350 degree oven for an hour (or until cooked). Make sure to place cupcake pan on top of baking sheet, as there will be some drippings.
5. If desired brush on barbecue sauce half way through cooking.
Makes 5 (0.5 cup) individual meatloafs.
