    Sun Luck Seasoned Wok Oil, 2 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (frozen)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1/3 cup kernels
    Scallions, raw, 3 medium
    Chicken, Tenderloins (Perdue), 1.25 lbs
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cups (slices)
    Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 8 tbsp (1/4 cup)
    Water chestnuts, 1 cup slices (1 can)
    Bamboo shoots, cooked, 1 cup (1 can)
    Young Baby Corn, Whole (Asian), 7 oz (1 can)
    Sesame Oil, 1/4 cup
    Chili Sauce, Hot (Sriracha), 2 tsp
    Asian Noodles, Rice Sticks (Three Ladies Brand), 7 oz

Directions

To begin this recipe, first soak noodles in warm water for 30-40 minutes, then drain. Cook chopped onions in oil, then add chicken and frozen corn. Next add other veggies and seasoning. Add noodles last and cook until done, stirring frequently. Add water as needed to prevent noodles from sticking.
