Ingredients

1.5 lb Ball Tip Steak (can use round steak, or any lean cut of beef)
1 C. Chopped onion
8 oz Portabella Mushrooms, sliced
5 large garlic cloves (or to taste), minced
Seasoned Salt (to taste)
1 - 14 oz Can 99% Fat Free Chicken Broth
2 - 10.75 oz Cans Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
PAM for grilling
2 Tblsp Corn Starch (water to dissolve)
Directions
Spray large non-stick coated fry pan (I use electric skillet) with PAM. Cut beef into serving size pieces, and brown on both sides over medium heat. Sprinkle lightly with seasoned salt. Add chopped onion, garlic, & mushrooms, stir occasionally until onions are tender & mushrooms start to brown. Meanwhile, combine chicken broth & soup & stir until smooth. Pour over beef mixture, and stir to combine. Turn heat to low, cover, and let simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Just before serving, combine cornstarch & water, stir into liquid in pan to thicken.
Gravy is great over potatoes, noodles, or rice.
