Introduction
If I can make this, anyone can! If I can make this, anyone can!Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients
-
I took:
1 thawed premade pie crust
2 cups sliced frozen peaches, thawed and drained well
2 TBSP flour
1/4 cup and 1 TBSP Splenda (granular, not the "for baking blend")
1/2 tsp cinnamon
enough butter to grease a glass pie pan - probably about 1 tsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 450
Combine the peaches, 1/4 cup Splenda and flour in a bowl. Roll the pie crust out over the pan, don't press in, just let it lay there. Pour the peach micture into the center of the crust and then fold the sides up (about 2-3 inches) over the peach center, leaving a hole in the middle about 2-3 inches wide. mic the cinnamon and remaining TBSP Splenda together and sprinkle overtop the whole tart. Bake for 20-25 minutes untuil the crust is golden brown and delicious and the fruit center is bubbly. Mine took 22 minutes.
Let cool about 10 minutes, then cut into 4 peices. Top a peice with a little light whipped cream. (not included in nutritional info.)
