Introduction
Quick and easy! Tastes wonderful, inexpensive, high protein, low fat and low calories! ENJOY!!!!!This is the original recipe, but I used reduced sodium and fat soup, skim milk, mixed frozen veggies and no bacon. Still tastes great! I also used frozen tilapia fillets. Quick and easy!
