Introduction

Quick and easy! Tastes wonderful, inexpensive, high protein, low fat and low calories! ENJOY!!!!!
This is the original recipe, but I used reduced sodium and fat soup, skim milk, mixed frozen veggies and no bacon. Still tastes great! I also used frozen tilapia fillets.

    Very Good

This was a good use of leftover grilled tilapia. I also made my own cream of potato soup for staters. This chowder would be great with chicken, shrimp, or crab. - 1/28/09
