Ingredients

5 Egg Whites (or 1 1/4 C. Egg substitue)
1-12 oz can Non-Fat Evaporated Milk
12 oz Water
1/2 C. Unbleached All Purpose Flour
1 T. Vanilla Extract
1 T. Splenda
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Pinch of Nutmeg
16 slices Nature's Promise Oat and Honey Bread**
Directions
Beat all wet ingredients together in large shallow bowl. Add dry ingredients and wisk until combined. (There will be little lumps of flour left, it's ok, they will cook off)
Pre-heat large non-stick skillet on low. Spray with non-stick spray. Dip 2-3 slices of bread (depending on how big your pan is) in batter mixture and place in pan. Cook on low heat, flipping once, 3-5 minutes each side, until slightly firm. Serve topped with your favorite fruit!
Makes 8 - 2 slice servings
