Ingredients

    2 cans of tuna in water
    1 can of low fat mushroom soup (low sodium)
    1 can of peas
    1 cup of low fat chedder cheese
    1 can of mushrooms
    1 can of diced olives

    Mix that all together in a bowl put in a oven safe baking dish bake 20 minutes at 425--Then take out sprinkle chow main noodles on top
    bake at 325 for 10 minuts
