Ingredients

    1/2 cup fresh baby spinach
    2 tbsp feta cheese crumbled
    1/2 cup egg beaters
    Cooking Spray

Directions

Coat frying pan with cooking spray

Turn burner on to a medium heat.

Add baby spinach to pan followed by egg beaters and feta cheese.

Let egg firm, while turning eggs every so often to cook evenly.

Once eggs are cooked to your desired consistency, remove from pan to plate!
