Ingredients

    2 eggs
    1 apple
    115g medium maize meal
    40g gram flour
    3tsp baking powder
    60g dessicated coconut
    1tbsp olive oil
    1/2 cup warm water

Directions

Mix dried ingredients together
Add eggs
Grate the apple
Add water
Mix well
Bake in 200C for 20-30 minutes

Goes well with carrot soup.
