Ingredients

    1/3 Cup Mayo (Fat Free or Light Works great)
    1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
    1 Garlic Clove minced or 1 tsp. minced
    1/4 Cup Rice Vinegar
    1 tsp. Ginger powder
    2 tsp. Sugar
    1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil

Directions

Mince garlic clove, or just use pre-minced garlic from the jar. Measure all ingredients and whisk together until smooth. Refrigerate for about an hour for flavors to meld.
