Introduction

My mom makes this dish and it is absolutely delicious. Cooking for many people can be hard on a budget and cassaroles offer a lot of yummy food without the price. This was really good! My hubby and I both liked it a lot and it was very easy. The only think I changed was I sauteed some onion with the beef. Very good!! - 1/18/10

This was very easy and pretty tasty. If you like spicy food, it will be very bland for you but if you like good basic taste, it is there. Give it a try! - 1/2/11

I just wanted to point out that the ingredients at the top say to use a can of chicken soup but in the recipe it says cream of mushroom. I wish I'd noticed that when making my shopping list. I will make it with the right soup next time (cream of mushroom). - 6/12/08
