    12 C dices fresh tomatoes
    0.5 cup cooking wine
    .5tsp of oregano and marjoram
    6 cloves of fresh diced garlic

Directions

place tomatoes in heave cooking pot and bring to a boil. Add garlic spices and cooking wine. Boil for 2 hrs. S and P to taste.
