    5 cups of fruit sliced ( i use apples,pears and raspberries)

    1/2 cup rolled quick cooking oats
    1/2 cup brown sugar or 1/4 cup 2 tbsp maple syrup
    1/4 cup flour
    1/4 soy margarine
    1/4 cup coconut or other nuts
    1 tsp cinnamon


Heat oven to 350 degrees celcius
Chop or slice fruit and place into a 9 x 9 baking dish.
In another bowl combine oats,sugar and flour. Cut in margarine or maple syrup till mixture looks crumbly. Add cinnamon and nuts.

Pour on top of fruit mixture and place in the oven for 30 minutes.
