Ingredients

    2 Lb Top Sirloin- Trimmed of Fat
    1 small Red Onion (or 1/2 a large one)
    1 can chopped tomatoes
    1 tsp minced garlic
    8 tsp Lite Soy Sauce
    2 tsp sugar
    1 large green pepper
    1 tsp olive oil

Directions

Makes 8 1/2 cup servings
Trim the sirloin of any excess fat. Cut into 2x2 inch cubes. Brown the meat on all sides in a pan with the olive oil. Once meat is browned, place in crock pot.
Chop the onion into large peices and place in crockpot
Add the remaining ingredients (except for the pepper) to the crockpot
Cook on LOW for 7 hours. Once you pass 7 hours, add the green pepper (cut into large squares). Cook for 1 additional hour.
Serve over brown rice
