Introduction

Perfect when you're in the mood for chinese, but not all the calories of take-out! Perfect when you're in the mood for chinese, but not all the calories of take-out!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    - 2 Tbsp sesame oil
    - 4-5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cubed)
    - 1/2 c onion (chopped)
    - 1-2 cups broccoli
    - 1 cup carrots (chopped)
    - 6 oz orange juice
    - 2 Tbsp soy sauce
    - 1 tsp lemon pepper
    - 1 tsp italian seasoning
    - 1 tsp garlic salt

Directions

- Defrost and cube chicken.
- Heat sesame oil in large saute pan or wok.
- Saute onion until transluscent.
- Add chicken. Cook 8-10 minutes.
- Add vegetables, juice, soy sauce, and seasonings (more or less to taste).
- Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes or until juices are soaked into chicken and vegetables.

- Serve over rice and top with chow mein noodles (not included in nutrition info)
- Makes about 8 servings (3/4 - 1 cup servings)
