    2 low cal whole wheat english muffins - toasted
    4 medium eggs - poached
    2 slices low cal ham - warmed
    Sauce -
    2 tbls. lite mayo
    1 tsp. marg
    2 tsp. plain yogurt
    1 tsp. dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp, lemon juice
    Combine and microwave 20 seconds

Directions

Toast muffins
Poach eggs
warm ham cover each muffin
top each muffin with 1 egg
distribute sauce evenly over each egg
