This salad has everything you need! Top with a small serving of your favorite dressing, add some string cheese and a roll on the side, and you've got all food groups covered! Ingredients

1 bag lettuce greens
1 cup fresh spinach
1 pouch Tyson Premium White chunk chicken
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1 green pepper
1 tomato
5 chopped sun-dried tomatos
cucumber
carrots
1 can chunk pineapple
5 strings of string cheese, cut into pieces
1 tbs soy sauce
1 clove garlic
1 tsp olive oil
Directions
Heat olive oil. Add garlic. Add chicken and soy sauce
Mix all other ingredients. Crumble ramen noodles on top.
Serve with salsa or your favorite dressing (watch the serving sizes).
Add a wheat cocktail roll and you're all set!
