Introduction
I can't stand the sight, or smell of mayo so I came up with a way to have tuna sandwiches long ago without the mayo. This is just a basic mix that can be dressed up anyway you'd like. Ingredients

1 3 oz. can of Starkist tuna in water (drained)
1 medium/hard boiled egg
1 tbsp of Zesty Italian dressing
1 hole wheat pita cut in half - making 2 pockets
Directions
1. Boil the egg until it is almost hard boiled, peel it and cut in half to get the yolk out. Place the yolk in the mixing bowl, then dice the white.
2. Pour the 1 tbsp of Italian dressing in with the yolk and whip with a fork until a paste is formed.
3. Dump the drained tuna and the diced egg whites in, fold until well mixed. The yolk paste will hold it all together.
4. Shove have of the mix in each pita pocket. (If you want to dress it up with lettuce and/or tomato slices it is easier to place those in first then scoop in the tuna mix.)
