Ingredients

    Half a cup of semiskim milk
    1 egg lightly beaten
    2 cups light cheese (grated)
    1 Cup onions finely chopped
    Half Cup of red pepper
    1 Cup of self raising flour
    1 teaspoon of grainy Mustard

Directions


combine egg and milk, stir in remaining ingredients.
Pre heat oven to 180c.

Drop by heaped teaspon onto lightly greased swiss-roll tray.
bke for twenty minutes until golden around about twenty minutes.
cool on a wire rack then enjoy
makes around 12-15 cheese puffs
