Ingredients

    1. 1Can of fava Beans.
    2. 2Tomatoes.
    3. 2TBS choped fresh Parsley. (optional)
    4. salt (as much you desire)
    5. 2TBS olive oil
    6. 1 Lemon/or limes squeezed over the fava beans.
    7. 2 cloves of garlic. (crushed).
    8. Pita bread (optional) *

Directions

Empty the fava beans in a sauce pan and bring it to boil. Cut the tomatoes and put it over the fava beans, squeeze the lemon/ lime over the fava beans. Add salt and the olive oil.mix them all together, ready to serve. Enjoy it!

* In the middle East they eat it with pita bread like a dip.
