I made this for my Fiancé and we both thought it was delicious. I didn't have egg beaters so I just used regular eggs. We have friends over for breakfast almost every weekend and I'll definitely make this then too! Don't go light on the cinnamon. - 4/14/12

This was wonderful. I used Cinnamon Sugar and left out the Splenda. One of my sandwiches was wholemeal bread and it was delicious! I found I needed half a cup of egg beater though. The topping I used was fresh strawberry halves and sugar free syrup. I did add sugar free strawberry preserve. - 5/3/09
