Introduction

Great for a nibbling on during the football game, or a quick and easy lunch or dinner. You can eat it barebones (like I make mine) or you can add fresh diced tomatoes and shredded lettuce (like my boyfriend has his). Ingredients

8 oz (1/2 lb) lean ground turkey
1/2 package Old El Paso Taco Seasoning (40% less sodium version)
1 cup Kraft Fat Free Shredded Cheddar
4 tbsp fat free sour cream
1 serving (about six chips) Tostitos Hint-of-Lime Tortilla Chips, crumbled

Directions

1. Cook ground turkey in frying pan over medium-medium-high heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain meat. Return meat to frying pan and mix water and taco seasoning as directed on the seasoning packet, cooking meat as directed on seasoning packet.

2. In each of two bowls, combine 1/2 of each ingredient: turkey meat, shredded cheese, sour cream, and crumbled tortilla chips. Mix thoroughly and enjoy.

You can also add veggies to this for a complete "burrito bowl" - fresh diced tomato, shredded lettuce, chopped onion, jalapeno peppers, etc.

Makes two servings.
