Ingredients

    Split Peas, 2 cup
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz)
    Salt, 2 tbsp
    *Pepper, white, 1 tbsp
    italian seasoning

Directions

Cook peas according to pkg instructions.
After initial soaking or boiling, drain and add the rest of ingrediants.
Simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
