Ingredients

    4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/4 cup flour
    1 cup milk, 1/2%

Directions

Peel and slice the potatoes. Dice the onion. Put the potatoes and onion in a casserole dish. Add the 1/4 cup flour and mix. Add the milk. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
Serves 4

I generally add the leftover ham, turkey, roast beef, bacon, chicken, pork roast, etc. diced up. I put it in the casserole with the potatoes and onion.
