    Incredible!
    I also make these all the time, but instead of apples, I use grated carrot and zucchini. I added a few crushed strawberries today and still very good. To make mini muffins, they need to cook for 13ish minutes. - 7/4/10

    This recipie is fabulous!! I make it all the time. I usually shred the apples to make sure that they are cooked enough as I am allergic to raw apples. But these muffins are great!!! I also use this recipe as a base for lots of other ideas- instead of apples I add berries or bananas & Peanut B. - 11/18/09

    Very Good
    I have made this recipe several times, I use whole wheat pastry flour instead of white flour. Sometimes I sub smart balance for the oil too. These are really good! - 3/29/09
