Ingredients

Dough ingredients:
3/4 cups water (80-90 degrees)
2T olive oil
2cup Bread flour
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon regular, or
1 1/2 teaspoons bread machine, or fast rise yeast
Pizza Ingredients:
1/2 cup Alfredo sauce
2 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
1 pound frozen chicken breast thawed and cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 med onion
3 cloves garlic, sliced or chopped
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 can (14 oz) quartered artichoke hearts (drained)
1 can (2.25 oz) Black olives, sliced (drained)
2 cups shredded Mozarella cheese
Directions
Makes 1 large pizza, 12 slices
Directions for preparing crust:
Follow order given for dough ingredients and follow manufacturers directions for making dough.
My dough setting is 1 hour, 20 minutes in my bread maker.
After placing dough on pan and spreading out, etc. let rise on the pan for about 20 minutes.
Prepare the chicken, onions, and garlic by sauteing together until chicken is completely cooked.
Pour Alfredo sauce onto pizza dough; sprinkle parmesan cheese all over; spread cooked chicken, onion, and garlic mixture evenly over the other toppings; place quartered artichoke hearts and olives evenly over the chicken mixture (you may also want to add other ingredients like thinly sliced red onions at this time also. Cover entire pizza with the shredded mozarella cheese and bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 min. Pizza is done when lightly browned on top. Cool for about 10 min, slice and serve.
