Ingredients

    1 T Olive Oil
    1 cup chopped onion
    2 cloves chopped garlic
    8 oz. mushrooms
    1.5 cups tomato sauce
    1/2 cup sliced black olives
    2/3 cup pepperoni slices
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    4 Grands biscuits

Directions

Saute onions and garlic in olive oil for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook until tender about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add tomato sauce and olives. Bring to simmer. Pour sauce into 2 quart dish. Place pepperoni in a layer on top of sauce. Sprinkle with cheese. Quarter biscuits and arrange on top of cheese. Bake for 15 minutes. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
