Ingredients

    4 chicken breasts (about 24 oz) in bite size pieces
    1/2 onion
    1/2 c mango chutney (1/2 jar of Patak's mango chutney)
    1 Tab sugar
    1 tsp curry
    1 tsp coriander
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp tumeric
    1/2 tsp kosher salt (or to taste--may not need w/ tomatoes)
    pinch cloves
    1 can diced/chopped tomatoes w/ juice

Directions

Brown chicken breasts pieces and then add the rest..let simmer for a few minutes for chicken to absorb flavors.

Serve over rice...may need to adjust flavorings to suit you...
