    1000 g carrots
    700 g celery root
    325 g onion (very large - Spanish onion)
    2 tbsp salt
    1.5 -2 cups water
    3 tbsp sunflower oil
    3 tbsp olive oil
    140 - 150 g tomato paste
    optional crashed chili pepper


Finely slice onion. Grate carrots and celery.
In large pan heat the oils, add onion and cook for 3-5'. Add carrots, celery, salt and chili. Cook for 5'.
Add water, cover cook for 10-15'. Add tomato paste, stir, cook for 1'.
Makes about 24 servings around 100g each.
I weighted mine and added enough boiled water to have 2400g.
